Get a bat. apply to fender. done.

Is your car lowered? Are you running bigger wheels and tires? If so, what is the wheel diameter, width, and offset, and what size is your tire? What year and model is your car?

Wheel bearing? Just up that corner and see if you can wiggle the tire back and forth. If it wiggles at all then its the wheel bearing.

Like I said check the wheel bearing, but also check the strut to see if it blew up or if the perch is rubbing on the tires. But its sounding like a bearing.

It has absolutely nothing to do with a bearing, dude. We need to know the offset, but I can say with 99% certainty he's rubbing the crap out of the fender with that setup.....I was rubbing with 215's before doing fender mods.

my offset is +42 mm, i figured if i role my fenders i will really reduce the rubbing, but it still doesnt make sence why the tires dont rub on the left side.

Cars aren't always even, and springs aren't always even. You could have less camber on that side as well. +42 is definitely causing a number of your issues, though, that offset with a 225 is a lot of tire right out by the fender.

I had rubbing issues with +46 ET 16X17 wheels on a 1998 LGT wagon. Only rubbed on the right as well.
