02 seats into a 97?

Now I've put WRX seats into my 97 GT, how about putting 02 Legacy seats into our 97? Is this a direct bolt in and have a nice day? The WRX were plenty easy enough. Just want to confirm before pulling the trigger on the sale. THanks.

Bolt in... will raise seat height by about 1".
