02 wrx gauges in 95bd?

is this possible? i found a wrecked wrx in a junkyard near me and ive always liked the gauges. im not very concerned with fitment yet im just worried about if they will work lol.

I thought the 95 was cable driven? but I guess that's what you mean by not plug and play

idk im very sure mine are not cable driven ive had them out a few times.
is that all you mean by plug and play or will i need to splice pigtales and wires etc?

you will need to splice wires to the wrx style plugs

My car will be using the WRX gauges, you need to do a fair bit of hacking to get them to fit into the gauge cluster.

I am using a complete WRX body harness so no wiring mods are required. Using it with a Legacy body harness should work, but you will need to splice all the connectors that go to the cluster.

I haven't investigated it myself, but I do know that people commonly use the original cluster with a WRX drivetrain, so presumably the reverse would also be possible.
