Heh, it's an old A95 powershot. Not that great of a camera, just wait until I get my hands on my best friend's DSLR again, I'll take some shots up on the mountain.

the first thing you need to do is either gut the up-pipe cat(take about 1 hour with it out of the car.) or buy a used sti up-pipe(no cat) or an aftermarket pipe. your turbo will thank you. a popular thing for power is cobb stage 2(reccommended cat-less up-pipe) with there turbo-back catted or not. gives the car better powerband and better mpg. i recommend not to go with perrin because there the same maps but cobbs are free. perrins are $200 each. after that if you wanted a better tune you need open source at a local tuning shop. or you can just get a unbridged accessport and your choice or turbo back exhaust.or you can start with suspension. springs, and a RSB would be a good start.. then brakes, i would just go with a more aggressive pad. unless your going to be a crazy drive and go fast and stop late. or if you auto-x a lot. some better tires are also good.

decke48, A catless UP is my first choice. I'm actually considering doing headers and UP at the same time, both ceramic coated. As for maps, I was going to get an AccessPort. When I get the car tuned, I'll have a performance map and a gas saver map made up.

you might want to consider getting a tactrix cable and forgetting the cobb... I'm running an opensource and i think it's great... when my warranty is done i'll get the DP and reflash again.
