Hello, I've been browsing the site for a couple days and decided to join. I purchased a 97 Outback last December that had an almost complete mechanical rebuild; included brand new short block from Subaru, a rebuilt 5sp tranny, new timing belt, head gaskets, brakes, battery, clutch AC compressor and condenser. The car also has the winter package with heated seats, mirrors, and such, and I am planning on installing a block heater for those cold mornings. I am absolutely loving this car - its so versatile.
