yeh im new to the forums, and i just got a 92 legacy turbo ss. its bone stock right now but i will fix it up. my other subarus include a 96 svx lsi and a 98 legacy gt sedan.

hey i got a 1992 ss too! i love it they're so easy to modify, and cheap too if you do it right.... well compared to a lot of other cars at least.

LCBBS and this are the best places for 1st-3rd generation Legacy owners to get info, bar none.

yeh you guys are gunna be pissed when i tell you that i only got it for 500 bucks! its got 176k miles but its excellent condition only problem was is that the headgaskets are bad so ive already began the project... im laso painting the manifold red liek the sti ones and same with the turbo... i have pics of the project too if you guys want to see.... i have alot of pics of my car actullay

yeh i might be able to meet you, i might be a little busy though, what are some good quick mods i can do to this turbo legacy? can i make the stock bov any louder? and the car is currently undergoing maintinance lol. im doing new head gaskets and painting the manifold red like the sti motor

i have a thread of it on the svx forums... im also a non proud owner of an svx lol

first dont worry about the bov. do a intake, turbos silencer delete. alot of good infoe on here.

You replace the rather large silencer in the intake between the turbo and the airbox with a travel mug that has been tapped for the vacuum lines. It's frees up the intake and looks cool depending on the mug you use.
