Read the owners manual on how to program the key fob and it said when entering the eight "numbers" located inside the key fob press the lock up the number of times for the number.
example: "8" = up eight times then down to go to the next number until you finish all eight in the sequence.
Only problem is I have a couple "A"s, a "B", and a zero. what do you do for those?
I can enter the program mode just fine but I don't know what to do for these.
Help!

Wow! Nobody knows how to enter letters when programming a key fob? I really thought this was a DIY site. Everybody goes to a dealer for everything now a days!

pre-05 USDM remotes don't have letters on the remote fobs.

it might also help if you create a signature with your car model and year.
it will also help when you create a THREAD that you specify car model and year.

It'll generate more responses the more specific you can be. We're not mind readers.

Maybe try checking out legacygt.com? That's more of an '05+ Legacy forum. Not trying to tell you to go elsewhere, just offering additional possible information.
