I have a few questions about them:
1. What is the flow rate on them?
2. Where can I find them for the cheapest price even after shipping?
3. I am still getting a P0301 code and the next step for me would be to replace the injectors and was wondering if I can get by with replacing just the one for a week or two until I can replace the other 3 since the others are still working fine right now or will I need to replace all 4 at the same time.
Thanks for yalls help. And yes I did a tank with Sea Foam (I just used the whole can), next tank was with Lucus, next was just plain gas, next was Lucus again (got 2 for 1 special on them), and now I'm on plain gas and I still get the P0301 code.

That code is more than just the injector:
P0301 Code - Cylinder #1 Misfire
Technical Description
Cylinder #1 Misfire Detected
What does that mean?
A P0301 code means that the the car's computer has detected that one of the engine's cylinders is not firing properly. In this case it's cylinder #1.
Symptoms
Symptoms may include:
* the engine may be harder to start
* the engine may stumble / stumble, and/or hesitate
* other symptoms may also be present
Causes
A code P0301 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
* Faulty spark plug or wire
* Faulty coil (pack)
* Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
* Faulty fuel injector
* Burned exhaust valve
* Faulty catalytic converter(s)
* Running out of fuel
* Poor compression
* Defective computer
Possible Solutions
If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.

If it was a faulty O2 sensor wouldn't I get a code for it? If its the valves I will rebuild the motor after I get a new one cause for 6k I can get a custom built 2.5 hybrid. If its anything that requires me to yank the motor I'm just going to get a new one.

If your going to replace your injectors, you should just go ahead and replace all four. It's probably an ill decision to replace just one...... I tried to do that once with my BMW because it's injectors were so stupidly expensive. The balance was never really right, and I ended up replacing all six.
I don't know how expensive Subaru injectors are, but since you have more then 200k, replacing them might be a wise choice. What have you checked that's on Huffer's list?

Compressions good, new plugs that are gaped properly, wires are good, coil pack is good, connector to the injector is good. Thats why I'm doing the injectors next. The reason why I was asking if I could change just the 1 for now and in a week or two replace the other 3 was because I will have more money by then.

Well I had the cylinder head 1 injector take a crap on me and Reason was nice enough to sell me 4 used ones for $45 shipped. Thanks so much Reason. I got them in today and got them installed and now it runs good again. Still need to run fuel injector cleaner thru just to make sure they are working good and clean.

No problem, I always ran injector cleaner every so often and kept to places like Shell and Mobil gas.

another thing that cause misfire codes is front o2 sensor faults. so if the injectors dont fix the problem that the next thing to try.

Well now I got another problem. I was leaving to go get my tank filled up and when i first started my car I noticed it was smoking out the tail pipe. I got back to smell the white smoke and it smelled like gas. Now it freaking idles badly again. WTF is going on with it?
