I have a turbo swapped '97 Outback that I use for rallyX and general offroad debauchery. I also have a full set of Legacy GR2's that came with the car. They are brand new, uninstalled, in boxes. I know my suspension is a bit worn by driving my moms '97 and feeling how much better her car dampens bumps in the road. However, off road, my suspension is pretty decent, I feel that its slight "worn-in-ness" soaks up bumps really well.
Anyway, should I just hang on to the GR2's or would they be a worthwhile addition to my Outback? If I were to put them on the Outback, which spring would be best for them? Stock Outback springs? Newer Outback springs with less miles?
Should I leave it alone and not try to fix what ain't broke?
Also, for the record. My 2.5RS AutoX car has KYB AGX's with stiff Tanabe race springs, so I'm familiar with the performance of those but I don't know much about GR2's.
Thanks for your input!
