I have a brown interior, which I'm not too fond of, and I have been seriously contemplating taking every plastic piece I can find, taking it out, and repainting it black...anybody done this? I want it to look just as good as factory (when I armor all it, I want it to shine nicely) and not feel like it was repainted. I saw the post about the plastic-dip and I don't really want a rubbery texture. I appreciate any recommendations.

If you do it.. I would use either plasti-dip or krylon for plastics..the plasti-dip wont be rubbery as far as ive heard.

I painted all my fake wood grain trim with plasti-dip. It worked great. It doesn't feel rubbery, in fact it feels like stock. It just has some texture is all.

Worked pretty damn well for me. Don't knock it unless you've tried it.

I cleaned up my radio bezel nicely and hit it with some flat black - looks completely stock. ;)
