Since I've cleared my corners I've been wanting to replace the amber bulbs. The Silver Vision bulbs are hard to come by it seems. I found some on eBay but I wanted to make sure these were the right fitment before ordering them. Thanks.

Edit- I was also checking out LED replacement bulbs. Has anyone replaced their stock bulbs with LED's all around? I was thinking about swapping out the directional bulbs up front and the reverse bulbs for LED's.

yes you can use LED's but their width is not the best, and sometimes they are not the most pleasing to look at when they are off. ALSO white led's look blue to some people so you may get hassled by cops. as for those bulbs , those are the ones you are looking for 1157 bulbs have the 2 filaments, 1 for running light, 1 for blinker.

I spent a fortune on PIAA mirror orange bulbs that I ordered online - unfortunately the damn things came with the lock-pins on either side of the socket at the wrong angle. So if you go that route, make sure the ones you buy have the right angle on the pins.

I bought the ones I posted on that link above. Hopefully they'll work.
I don't think I'll bother with LED's for now.

Good decision. When I got my JDM headlights, they came with L.E.D.'s (the 194's) for the city lights. They were the wite ones that look blue. Swapped them to amber, just to avoid tickets.
Damn, I want clear corners on my car now...

Do it, it's pretty simple and only takes about 30 mins.
So where should I go about looking for clear corners for a BH? I haven't been able to find them.

Make them yourself.
I received these bulbs today but unfortunately they don't fit right. They don't sit down far enough in the socket to get power and work. It sucks because they looked awesome in there.

how did you make them?
dont you have to bake the headlights in the oven for liek 15 minutes so the glue melts a bit... then you take out the amber insert or something...?
i have no idea.. so.. be easy... thanks!

Yeah eventually I'll try some other ones. I really liked the ones I purchased because they were chrome and you couldn't see them inside the housing at all.

I bought my clear fronts and tails from eBay, but I got my first set of clear tails from 5 Mile Imports. Kevin actually has a set coming in his next shipment...

The center tail section is mine though, so don't even think about it
Like mine, you can buy JDM non-HID clear fronts and avoid baking your headlights, but you do have to do a bit of re-wiring as not all of the bulb sockets will swap over to the new headlights - your old hi and low beam bulb sockets are not compatible with the new headlight housing. If you don't trust your wiring skills, then baking your headlights may be better.
