so i've been screwing around trying to find a motor to work on for my power mechanics class this quarter, and i found this ad, nothing particularly special about the car or motor, i just love the ignorance of whoever posted this. obviously doesn't know jack sh*t about cars!! haha

The ad looks shoddy, but if the engine runs and does not use oil..... looks like a deal for someone who needs an engine.

Anyone who knows anything about cars does not want a car that USES OIL as in "does not burn oil". Nice tight valve seals and rings....

I have always heard it that way, since everyone understands that oil is necessary for an engine to run. At least all the gearheads I grew up with used the term 'uses oil'. Maybe we are all rednecks, since we don't say 'burns oil'?
