i know ohio generators makes 'em but i dont know if i'll be able to carry my high output alternator from my 2.2 to a wrx 2.0

what brought this on was i was driving home last night and noticed my lights would dim when the blower fan was on full tilt, 4 fog bulbs, wipers, and the low beams plus radio and amp but the volume wasn't up loud

i know it was a good load but dang.

i know that i can get a high output alternator from ohio generators but will it work on a ej20 or even ej25 ( if i find one or the other )

Have you tried improving your grounds first?

sounds like grounds. as for the alternator question they should work as long a the plug (on you harness) matches the alternator female socket

:D lol yeah i've got a nice self made grounding kit on my car now
check out my rides thread or my car domain for details,
but that's a lot of junk to run off a 95amp alternator

edit thanks for the answer decke48

I have that problem too, sometimes, but it doesn't hurt anything, so I'm not concerned.
