I'm going to be replacing the clutch in my Legacy soon, and wondered what the best replacement would be? Just go back to stock, or is there a good aftermarket replacement out there? It's a stock car, no plans to upgrade anything power wise on this motor, so I don't need a stage 3 kit or anything.

Subaru's Subaru Technica International (STi) and Subaru Performance Tuning (SPT) both have some pretty nice clutches. You can find them in the SPT catalog.

Excedy's replacement clutch kit is way affordable and always a good choice for a stock/near stock power level.
I don't know what car you have but here is a random selection: http://www.exedyusa.com/corp/15010

I have the exedy OEM replacement clutch which is good for stock N/A power levels. It has more clamping force than the OEM Subaru clutch something like 15% more. It feels great though, no slip

Daikin/Exedy makes the stock clutch for Subaru...
ACT street clutch is actually ACT pressure plate using an Exedy disc.
Do you see a trend here?
