ej25 coil pack on an ej22?

heresmymind will give me his coil pack if it will even help me, but is there a difference in the 22's output vs the 25's? will this do anything for me? keep in mind its free

I would "think" you'd be ok. I've read some posts where people are doing Dodge Neon coilpack swaps. Tho 'm not %100, I'd think you'd be fine.

any subaru with the 3 wire wastespark coil can except the neon msd coil with the plug. so yes the 2.5 coil will work (idk if the bolt pattern is the same) at the most you will need the plug that goes with the coil.

Depends on the year, but all 95-96 coil packs are the same, and 98-99 coil packs are the same, reguardless of displacemnt. 97 fro mwhat I've heard was sort of a mixed year. As far as output the 2.5 pack is no different than a 2.2.

yea an MSD brand coil pack is better than OEM stuff, and half the price....
