Besides the obvious eyebrows....what hl's are these, probably custom or something, they dont seem to be stock usdm lights, and definently not jdm projectors?

They could be JDM non-projectors. Definitely still a one piece design.

Where could I get my hands on these?? I looked for any info and I couldn't find any at all, I think they look hott!!!!

Go to eBay and look Subaru Legacy JDM. They will show up with the projector ones too.

Just looked, didn't see any non-projectors. Looks like Blackgtbeauty (on here) has some for sale. See his thread on NASIOC.
