are their any projector or hid headlights for 98 subaru legacy outback wagons and where are they easily available (i just got one and havent really be anble to find anything for it at all like intakes exaust or chips ... etc but i havent really looked for the exaust yet)

Yep. You can get the JDM projectors from a few different places. First, check eBay as they're readily available there. The second, which I suggest, is getting some from Andivic here on the board. He gets some nice quality stuff and is a great seller to deal with.

Parts for these cars are hard to find unless you look in the right places. I'll PM you some information so I don't clutter up this section of the forum.

cool cool yeah thank you lights are a must out where i live no street lights or anything like that and lots and lots of animals runnin around so seeing them from farther away is key

If you have 400 bucks(don't quote me cuz it might be more or less) to spend on lighting shoot a PM to heresmymind and he can retro fit a JDM projector headlight with TSX projectors which are TRUE HID projectors and you will see 100x better then the strocker reflectors
