Humming Noise : Throw out bearing problem?

Hello. So, the problem with the humming noise continues when I accele rate.
Found some service records in the glove box. My 95 legacy 5 speed has 134,000 miles now. The last service (i will post a picture of the receipt) ocurred at 132,333 miles. The clutch release lever, clutch, and reground flywheel were replaced. But, the mechanic made the following observations (see pic)

"this transmission does have internal noise even after these repairs...throwout bearing was shot, clutch release lever same...given this impossible to predict wether noises would all be gone upon completion of repairs...customer already made aware of this...should still last some time in this condition before needing internal trans repairs..customer states they are selling car now anyways " (MECHANIC)

What should I do? Should I take my car to this mechanic since he knows what the issue is and I have a receipt for all the repairs he did previously? What could be the problem here ? Am I screwed ??

They didn't do the T/O bearing? They should have, it's only a $50 part and installation isn't tough if you're already doing the flywheel.

Internal trans repairs sound bad... I would go back to the mechanic and pick their brain.

This is why I check every repair receipt on a car before I buy it.
