Sup ya'll. I guess Ive lurked around enough and if I dont post at least an intro thread Huffer may hunt me down. My car history goes like this.
CD Accord '94
EK Civic '99
E30 325i '89
E30 325i '91
After FWD and RWD I wanted to get into subbies, Ive loved them ever since the GCs and when it was announced the US would get the Rex, I was giddy. However being a then high school senior I really didnt want a car payment or high insurance. After kicking tires on a few of them recently though, I wanted something a bit bigger with better looks (wrx wagon b pillars are teh fail). I started reading up on Subaru's thriftiness in production costs which meant I could swap any EJ motor and driveline I could get my hands on. Now that Im a bit older and more mechanically inclinded the idea of a full STi drivetrain seems sufficient. All the while the insurance costs will still be for a Legacy "L"
Enough rambling, I came across my '98 BK mid August, and a month later my brother had traded in his S10 for his own '09 BL.
