Air Conditioning and Heater Buttons - Not lighting up?

My Subaru Legacy Brightons A/C and Heater gauge lights dont light up with the other interior lights (except the button lights)

The fan speed numbers and cold and hot slider dont light up.

Is it likely the bulbs are gone? Maybe a fuse?

It's the bulbs inside. You can get them from the dealer, or attempt to find a similar replacement bulb and fit it into the base of the old bulb.
