My cruise isn't working and the light on the dash doesn't light up.
The fuse is good and I tried a different switch and no light still.
Whats next to try???
Thanks Jeff

It's a 95 Legacy L wagon. The module that the vacuum line connects to can make the light in the switch not to work?

I think I found what you are talking about on the passenger strut tower. I unplugged it and plugged in the one from my parts car and still nothing.
When I push the button I hear clicking from the part by the passengers feet.

Waitasec... does the cruise function actually work above 20mph? Have you tested that?
If it does, then the bulb in the button is blown.

Nope it doesn't work at any speed.

Try replacing the relay. Prolly in the under hood fuse box?

My manual does not show any relay on the cruise control system.

There are two kill switches, one on the clutch pedal and one on the brake pedal. If the switch nub is broken, then the cruise control won't work. I haven't looked into it, but I suspect it's why mine is out... I researched it on NASIOC. So poke around down there. Check both clutch and brake to compare the switches.

the kill switches would not make the light on the dash not work, if you hit the brakes it will cancel the cruise but would leave the light on.
