Hello everyone, I'm interested in upgrading the suspension on my BD.
I don't know if this thread's a little premature as I won't be doing this for probably about a month or so. I figure it best to get the info now so I can plan.
I've read around in some of the other threads and I think I'm getting the gist of what I need to do. This thread is mainly for advice on springs aswell as WHERE to purchase this shtuff from.
I believe I need the AGX's for the '02-'03 Impreza WRX both 4 way adjustable, unlike the style for the '93-01 impreza which are 4way front / 8way rear. My understanding is the '02-03's are made for heavier cars thus the reason they're what I want.
Then once I get the '02-03 struts I need the perches off my struts as well as some new Top hats (groupN) for the '02-03 ? Am I right so far?
After all that's done I need springs. Now I live in a rural area away from the city where the roads can get crappy. I like my stock height because I can go offroad without much of issue. I don't go offroad all the time and want to get rid of some of my wheel gap to make my 16" look better.
Therefore I'd like an aftermarket spring that's not stock with as little drop as possible, I've heard good things about Prodrives and Eibach which I believe now makes the prodrive springs. What about Whiteline? What springs would you recommend for my situation. I also do NOT want saggy butt so please don't recommend STi pinks :/ If you can give me links or tell me where to buy this stuff for a good price I'd appreciate it.
