adjuster screws on JDM headligts do nothing

3 out of 4 screws do nothing.

I don't know if it is broke or if it can be rethreaded.

If the screw comes out of the plastic threaded piece inside the headlight is there anyway to rethread it.

you can retread it.. It's pretty easy to know when you hit the end of adjustment as you can feel the screw jump on the thread. Have you tried to turn the screw back the other way?
