Something with a 5x100 bolt pattern and with the same off set, ET 53 I believe.

5x100 is the bolt pattern, not the offset. The offset of the rims will need to be the same, as well as the width.
And don't call me hun.

Assuming the dimensions, etc. are the same I wouldn't see why not.
Do you intend on replacing the wheel you bent permanently from another Suby or will you replace it with the exact rim that came on your car?

three things with rims. bolt pattern, offset, and the center bore. all subaru 90+ 5x100 have the same center bore. so any rim that subaru 90+ 5x100 (sti and svx wont fit 5x114.5)will fit. so any 15" 5x100(thats what you looking for?) subaru steelie will fit your car

Neons use a lower offset, +38, same goes with the VW Jetta/Golf/Beetle; the stock 16" rims on these cars are a little better at +42 though, the stock rims from a Pontiac Grand Prix (pre99) will also have a similar offset. These three cars use a slightly bigger hub bore (57 vs. 56), you'll just need to torque your wheels down more carefully to make sure they seat on-center.
stock WRX rims can be had for $100-200 w/ or w/o tires. Depends on your timing and where you look.
For examply, I just unloaded a set of them to MyogiNightkid because I didn't need them.
