I tried to save all of our replays so I could get a bunch of pictures, but it only lets you save 5 of'em. I'll know that now. So, I got a couple decent stills off the replays. Here they are.

Coming down into Turn 2 at Seca. Matt (badbasser) in the STi, Me in the 22B, and some stranger in the Audi.

One lap later, myself executing a PIT Maneuver in the corkscrew...run me off the road again, *****! Since Matt's car is just a little faster than mine, I never did catch back up to him this race.

Later on Sebring...Lap 1, turn one...the driver of the red corvette got into me, then lost it. Matt has is orange Vette out, I'm in the paint splashed Cayman, and here's Ryu in his black 997 trying to avoid the transpiring mess ahead.

A few turns later, Matt got too far outside and I swooped into the inside to take the lead...it didn't last long. That vette is far quicker than my Cayman, leaving me in the dust on the long straights at Sebring.

Anyways, I had fun last night. It's a shame I overwrote the B-Class replays and didn't even know it, but hopefully we'll get some decent ones going tonight. We had a little asshatery from outsiders (IE: The one d-bag in the vette that PIT'd me everytime I passed him in my Cayman in NYC...and the one girl who decided to drive Seca backward). Hopefully we get a better turnout tonight from actual SLi people. Roger, get that gold going so you can join us!

Ahem...I don't see it posted anywhere that I was passing on the straight for the win on the Ring and someone, whom shall remain nameless, started racing dirty and sideswiped me, thereby running me off the road and costing me the win in my RS4 there. Dirty, dirty, dirty. :lol:

I'm at work today though. I've got some other races saved so I'll try'n pull some screenshots tomorrow evening. I'll be out on a date ( :grin: ) tomorrow night, so i probably won't be on much if any. If we are going to go for the limits with the same cars and all that, you might as well at least throw the car, class, and hp limit out there now so we can get tuning before the next race/meet. I work next tuesday too, btw.

Anyways, yes - I am working on a plan for next week. Sounds like A class is a pretty good class to branch out from for competition. If this race series is good, then who knows what might happen next year?

Anyways, I was thinking somewhere along the class A mark, and to run strictly Subarus. I'm going to think about more strict requirements and track order, points system etc.

Last night's romp included SEVERAL tracks. I caught replay footage of every track (I think) and am in the process of uploading the photos. Hopefully I will be able to review each course each day.

One of the last races of the evening at Road Atlanta(?): badasser98's Subaru STi, seriously on the brakes at the first turn; myself off to the right in an F40 Competizione, about to make a pass up the right side. That car was the business down the track - and it hissed each upshift too (blowoff valve?)!

Oh yeah, one last set of pics. Apparently at Sunset Infield, Dan's Audi decided to do something I wasn't expecting as we approached the back chicane before the back oval - he took off:

those C-class races were a blast! Not too fast that people were spinning off in the corners, and just really close battling. The C-class Tsukuba race was super tight with everyone in the pack holding the lead at least once. I couldn't believe the speed that Cadillac had. That is definitely a C-class car that with suspension mods would be very competitive on more open circuits.

Look forward to doing some more races.

Some results from last night: use 1 car for a determined race series, A, B, C classes hosted the closest racing. No traction control/stability control, but enable ABS to prevent people locking up and taking out everyone in a turn. I race without ABS, and was having a hard time coping with the fact I could slow down even faster with it on.

Oh, and splash some graphics on those cars! It's not hard :twisted: If you guys want I can put together an SL-i race plackard. Look at my civic, STi, and my Corrado to see what I've done with these race graphics.

has anyone had trouble connecting to game parties with the xblive update? Everytime StreetSi or Deck tried to invite me it just said "failed to join game" ? I have a fresh 1 year xblive gold card that was just activated.

We were trying to get you in to the game but were having difficulty, I think we'll use the old fashioned system of invites for monday.
