Fallout 3!

Finished Fallout 2 back then and it was sooo amazing. Heard anything but good reviews on the new one, which is based on the same engine as Oblivion from Bethesda.

I picked it up, still at work but waiting to get home to start that bad boy.

Any of you already tried it?

If you never heard of the Fallout series well they are action/adventure, used to be turn based combat and free roaming not in combat. It's the same thing as Oblivion but 100 gazillion times better, give it a shot and you'll probably put COD4 down for a while.

COD4 is just another shooter..... just... another... shooter. Didn't you play Duke Nukem and wanted more? COD4 doesn't offer much more than bang bang i kill you. To each his own taste buddy, COD4 is still not bad.

I have heard F3 is pretty badass. There are some sweet innovations, I liken it to a cross between Deus Ex and Mass Effect in it's RPG elements.

Apparently it is free-roaming, which is awesome. I have been eyeing it for months, but I'm going to wait for Christmas price drops. :)

Is it 2 player? I've been looking for a game that's 2 player cuz a buddy of mine comes over and it's pretty fun to play cooperatively. We beat Army of Two twice now and are looking for something similar.

2 player coop games rules, Army of 2 is one of my favs but try these ones.

-Kane and Lynch, this game is sick and amazing, don't play with young children around.
-Rainbow six las vegas i think
-Fable 2 is out, i tried it coop but not that good.
-Gears of war, and gears of war 2 should be coop also.

Fallout 3 should be really awesome, single player only tough.

Awesome, thanks Big. I was going to check out World at War but wasn't overly excited about "going back" to WW1. I saw mixed reviews on Kane and Lynch but I'll check it out. Thanks.

Kane and Lynch didn't get good reviews because the single player sucks and replayability. Grab a case of beer with a buddy and you can finish it in one night (5-7 hour gameplay) and it's violent as hell!
