just curious if i would i need to get an alignment after replacing ball joints? i don't want to get one right now and then have to do it again when i do ball joints.

if they bad do them before the alignment. because it could affect it or it might not

technically you don't have to; if you have to loosen up the strut or tie rods however, you probably will.

yeah mine have been making a popping kind of noise for quite some time. What are the negative effects other than the noise, would i notice a significant difference in ride quality? I'm trying to find out how far gone mine are so i can decide to do them now since i just did springs/struts, and get one alignment or wait a while and do them before my next one then.

I replaced mine not long ago. Yes, it was popping when I make a sharp turn. And No, I didn't do an alignment...My steering wheel was straight and no pulling to either sides.
