So I've got a tiny crack in my radiator below the upper coolant hose.

I've got a '95 L 2.2L MT parts car that has a good radiator and I wonder if I can use that? Is the capacity the same, will it be enough to cool it?

does the 2.2 have a center upper spout? it should work with the 2.2 upper bracket. the fans might be different (plugs and/or brackets). but take a look at the fans, plugs, and if its centerspout you just need that hose, and top bracket

Is your GT a 4EAT? The autos rads have an inlet for the transmission fluid to fun in the rad to cool it, the M/T doesn't.

It WAS a 4EAT, now it's a 5MT.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think theres a difference then. My 2.2 looks like the same radiator that was in my GT minus the different top mounts, but thats not a big deal.

Anything is possible with a little ingenuity and fabrication skills. It wouldn't be that hard to get the two to work with each other.

I guess I just need to get out there and see how they look, thanks :)
