I've seen people with those headlights thats "blink" and wondered what those are and if they are legal? To me, i would think that would be impersonating a police vehicle but i do see a lot of drivers with them. Any insight of what they are?

Do you mean strobe lights? In my state, if you don't have a light permit (only attainable if you're fire, EMS, or police) you can't legally have strobe lights. You could probably get them for "off road use only".

Weird.. never heard of them. You sure your not just seeing the 'flicker' from HID's? Find up a youtube video! LOL.. my bet is though.. that they are illegal..

Yep, sounds like strobes. Kind of like the headlights of a cop car, right? Two quick flashes of the brights on one side, then two quick flashes on the other, etc.

Do you mean like for Motorcycles? I know a lot of folks who use those during the day to help people see them. Are you guys who ride know how much most people pay attention to motorcycles on the road. lol

No, like I said before, they're not street legal unless you're fire, EMS, or police. You're begging for a ticket if you run them on the street.

Honestly, I just think they're kind of gay if they're on anything except an emergency vehicle.
