Hello all:

Just think it might be a good idea for us to be able to attach a face to the name.

have to say i'm terribly impressed with what he was able to do since i've NEVER polished nor waxed my car since i bought it in Oct 2003, and who know what the previous owners were like. judging by the condition of the car when i took over, they weren't really interested in it as long as it ran.

Here's a good one I had taken today while playing out on the frozen crust in a gravel pit behind our camp near Doaktown! What a blast!

Although I got stuck pretty good once, broke through the crust and was into about 2 feet of snow! Had to jack the car up and shovel the packed snow out from underneath it to get free!

My wifes words (who was with me) were, "I guess that's par for the course when offroading!" What a woman!

My name is Germán, born in Argentina, living for 10 years in Brazil, My dad loves Subarus since I can remember, the first one is a Impreza 2010, 2.0 AT.
Then, for four years before the Impreza, He wanted to buy a 1998 Legacy GL (BG5) but the owner didnt want to, until 5 months..
The car is ours! Few mods already done to it, First was the Impreza GT brakes, taked off the drums in the back axle, we want to change to a bigger disc in the front too, sloted and drilled.
Next was the wheels, Enkei 17" 7, the tires chosen by my dad was 215/50, but,50 was rubbin in the front, 45 it is... Not sayng the model of the wheel.
Yesterdar leaved the car to mod the Suspension, for the Impreza GT too,
The car is for the family, to travel, to take 4, 5 people + them stuff.

I just bought a 2000 Legacy L Wagon this weekend.

It took forever to find one in my state that had a 5-speed. It has only 130,000 miles on it, so it should last me quite a while.

This is the second Subaru I've owned. The first was a 1989 XT-6 that, while cool, also was a rusted-out death trap with air shocks that leaked even after being injected with fix-a-flat.
