Has anyone installed Katzkin Leather on a BG? Tips/Tricks?

I got a complete new dark graphite Katzkin interior off'n eBay for $90
I'm looking for any tips/tricks to getting the old seat covers off, the new ones on.

Haha so your the one who bought those eh!! LOL. i was gonna bid on them.. but then the guy told me they dont fit the sedans.. which.. i think isnt true.. because its the same seat. If you search around on google you can find some stuff.. looks like a HELLA bitch tho.. thats why i opted outta it mostly. If you do it.. make sure to make a DIY thread!!

Well, I got started yesterday @ 3:30 AM. Woke up, and could not get back to sleep, So I figured I'd just start it.

Anyways, It is a bit of a pain. The covers came in the OEM Katzkins box, but alas, no instructions.
They are niiice covers. 100% leather, front and back. Even included the door panel inserts. Excellent color match.
I should have thought more about it, before I started. I could have gotten some pics of the rear seat install.
The rear seat covers were well shaped, but no holes punched for the mounting brackets,headrests, or plastic trim pieces. I got the DS pretty good, but I missed the passenger side headrest holes by about 3/4"

It took about 10 Hrs for the rear seats. Working at a moderate pace. I'm sure a pro would have the techniques to get the time waaay down. I'm learning as I go. The second seat took about half as long as the first.
I'll be starting the Front Buckets today.
