front window , window motor, window track removal

anybody ever pull these things out? i have nearly every bolt pulled on my front door and it's just being a pain in the ass to pull out. i'm sure i'll be able to figure it out on my own , but just curious if anyone has any tips..

You have to take the glass out first... and then the motor, then the tracks.

It's a PITA. Don't do it if you can avoid it. I messed mine up (in NZ) and had to pay a dealer to fix the problem which I made worse. The alignment is the worst part.

just called subaru to see if they could put my puzzle piece of a fuckin door back together...even he said its "kind of a bugger" and that it sometimes will take "an hour and a half per door?" LAME at 130 dollars an hour...wtf...

oh yea, and my friendly shop down the road told me to "keep on workin on it" WTF! lol

ive pulled the window from the rear doors. idk whats different in the front. its a pain take .5-1hr to do
