I fond out a few cool things abotu our stock alarm systems w/ wireless remote.

To turn off horn beep when unlocking/locking from remote:
press unlock:
hold down both buttons at same time for 4-5 seconds.

To "locate" your car in a drive way.
hold down the Big button for 4-5 seconds and it will go into panic mode. or FIND ME mode

Big button? Mine only has two buttons, "lock" and "unlock." Both are the same size.
Also, the alarm has never beeped on either of my cars.

you might have a factory alarm and not keyless entry. i wonder if the siren horn is disabled (cut wires)

This all depends entirely on the model and year of your car... not for everyone.

I have the older 2 button rectangular fob with the factory alarm system, and when I hold down the both buttons, it goes into panic mode.
