If you were to put this in your BD/BG/BK, where would you mount it?

I thought about the second din but I'm not sure it will fit. I'll have to find out the dimensions. Plus I may put in a touch screen DVD player eventually.
I like the center console position too. That's where I had my siren control box mounted in my Jeep.
Not making a police car, just adding to my Fire Suby. More lights.

Center console by the handbrake lever. That panel is replaceable (and I happen to have a spare *nudge nudge*).

Just got the dimensions from the guy, doesn't sound like it would fit in the 2nd din.
What color Huffer, dark grey?

Yep, dark grey, just like every other bit of plastic.
PM me if you want it, I'll do you a nice deal. :)

I was going to say on the overhead, but that thing looks heavy!

Yeah. I think I may squash this for now and just mount everything on a single switch. Eventually everything will be able to be turned on individually. I already have a switch for the lights now so I'll just recycle it.

There's plenty of room under the seats

don't really want to have to find the switches when you actually need them, so under the seats doesn't sound too smart

Yeah I put my siren control box under my seat. I just reach down, turn it on, and turn the dial to select the tone.
