Apparently, they will custom build an SVX for you. Awesome!

Good lord, that's a ton of parts for a car that up until now, I thought was off the aftermarket's radar. They've got practically everything for the SVX: 5sp conversion kits, headers, exhaust, even a freaking turbo kit. I wonder how legit these guys are; they should be considering how tight niched the SVX is.

Did anyone else notice they had parts for the Isuzu Vehicross. The SVX AND the Vehicross......... these guys are goofy. I like.

I know. It's got me looking for an SVX for the summer. There's a fella near me with one with a blown tranny and diff for $850. It's a 92.

Low volume production, car was ahead of its time - in 1992 was there an AWD 240hp coupe around?

Extremely unique styling.

i dont know why, but i seem to want one, if a ton of money drop in my lap, i am gonna commit blasphemy, throw a 911 GT3 powertrain on that isht.

You know what hurts allot, getting your ass kicked in a car u never seen or heard of before

How much would a 5sp conversion run anyhow?

These guys are legit. I got their web address off of SVX network when I was looking for one a few years back. If you take a closer look most of the stuff is universal or JDM parts.

Dayle, the owner of Motorsports warehouse has been a long time member at subaru-svx.net. Some of his stuff is good, some not so much... Most of it is overpriced. A few things on the site like the SC have been "coming soon" for over 4 years.

As far as a 5 spd swap goes. If you do it yourself with a JY tranny and you have some welding and fab skills you can do it for under $1k. If you can't do the fab work yourself, you can get all the needed parts for ~$1,000, then add whatever trans you want. Using the swap kit from Tom at All We'll Drive(www.allwelldrive.net (http://www.allwelldrive.net)), I swapped a friends car to a 5 spd in about 16 hours.

only thing i really like about the svx is the motor, cause i want to put one in the wagacy, if things go well maybe i will have a parts car for said swap by this weekend.....

That motor wouldn't fit very well in the Wagacy, but it would be pretty awesome power.

^ oh, it will fit just fine.... custom rad is all u need to solve fitment issues...or mutilation of the stock radiator support, but i think i will go custom.

Actually, yes. Well no, but there was an AWD 300HP coupe around with extremely unique styling- my '92 Stealth RT twin turbo. That being said, I still love the SVX and would buy one in a heartbeat if I saw one for a reasonable price in good condition, but I can't even find one for an unreasonable price in poor condition near me...
