wow, so relesaed at 2am PST this morning came the new dashboard, if youve played xbox recently you've no doubt seen all the new crap with it.. like building avatars... you can now watch 1000's of streaming movies free thanks to xbox teaming with netflix... let's see all y'alls avatars.. (get em by signin into xboxlive.com, right clickin on it, view image...)

I think that avatar thing is stupid. It was a waste of time, I just made a quick one only because I had too.

I think the new dashboard is pretty nice. Seems alot faster with information more readily available. Also, the center button menus are much improved. I have managed to nearly lock up the system 3-4 times after clicking a friend's profile, then backing out to do something else.

Yep, anytime you look at another person's profile, it takes a little while... I think that'll be ironed out soon as people get their xboxes updated.

I don't mind it too much...seems like they're trying to compete with the PS3, and moreso the Wii, with the more interactive dashboard. As I find more features, I like it more and more. I'm still trying to get my avitar ironed out, but this is what I got right now.

I setup the Netflix thing today...I don't like it. It'd help if there were more than a few films there worth watching, imo. Everything is old. I did finally get to watch "Bigger, Stronger, Faster."
