Okay, first off, turn off your caps lock, it reads like you're yelling.

Second off, yes, you can replace you paper filter with a K&N filter. However, I would advise against this. It's just not worth blowing the money on it. The air filter makes up so very little of the restriction in an intake that going with an expensive filter, that when over-oiled can muck up your MAF sensor is just a waste.

As for a Cold Air intake, there's all sorts of info floating around here. I would recommend searching "snorkusectomy." It's a free intake modification that will have your stock intake drawing colder air from the fender area rather than the stock engine location. It doesn't do a whole lot, but intake don't do a whole lot in general on our cars without a lot of supporting modifications.
