ok. so i have some questions. i cant seem to find out if the H6 is a maf or map engine. would i need the H6 crossmember to fit in were my H4 was?

eg33 is maf and ez30 is maf

also i have read that the mt will mate to the ez30. is this true?

Yes, any 5MT or 6MT EJ-series Subaru transmission will bolt right up.

I have heard that it actually has 11 or so mounting points, but that not all of them are used on alternate transmissions, especially the manuals, but that it works just fine.

You should dig up the twin-turbo H6 thread over on NASIOC. Lots of good information there if you have time to read through it.

yes ez30, but if i can find a wrecked tribeca i will use that motor.

nope they stay the same. if you havent already picked up a motor i have one from a 02 ll bean outback if you want to buy it.... i also have the schematics for that motor, let me know if you need any help. ive done ALOT of research but decided to go a different route.
