Let's see how everyone has their iPod hook-up wired through their car. Personally I have gone through many different places such as the glove box, the back of the radio area by the gas pedal, the ash try, and now through the latch for the center compartment.

I have an aftermarket Pioneer deck that has a special plug-in cord that you have you have to buy separate. But I can run my iPod through my radio and not even have to use the iPod to find your songs so I just run the cord to the glove box and never take it out.

i run my cord through my e-brake whole. cause if it needs to be hidden i can stuff it all down there. and its easy to get to.

On the underside of the windshield visor is a fun place, you need a long cable to run it around the dash up the A pill and tucked by the headliner.

so you would have to get it to stay on the visor then?

that seems precarious to me, with a high risk of your ipod coming out and falling.

There are skins, cases you know.

It doesn't matter, the HU controls the ipod, so when I'm out, I just take it with.
