i've never gotten around to asking these questions since i've been around here:

1995 bk wagon: (AT)

1. what is the stock (non-projector) low beam headlight bulb size? is it a bent socket? or a straight one? the high beam?
- (thinkin about temporary xenons or silverstars til i can afford the projectors)
2. i have flat black, krylon plastic paint that i used to paint my interior pieces, could it be used to paint my gutter guard grille black? how about my nasty mirrors?
-any ideas on how to mount it so its not so recessed?
3. when i'm in Drive, my car starts vibrating, is this just the unique boxer engine? or is something wrong?
4. what size are the speakers in the car?

i think that's all..

1. 9003 , you have one bulb for both.

2. Plastic paint doesn't work on metal. If your mirrors are plastic it will work.

3. In colder temperatures, it will vibrate for a while in drive. Should go away after a bit of driving.

its not a violent vibrating, its like a lil back massage.. but it only happens when im stopped and my foot is on the break, if i throw it in nuetral, it stops vibrating..

would 9003 silverstar/xenon bulbs work for this?

the vibration is due to many things that occur over time as metal and bolts stretch and rattle themselves due to normal vibrations.

Replacing engine, tranny mounts is a good start, along with a trans tune-up. However, the mating surfaces INSIDE the transmission are likely worn and allowing some flex inside the casing.

It's not bad, it's not good, but it's certainly no indication of any kind of impending failure.
