i need help identifying and find a part

ok i have a 99 legacy gt sedan so the bd. the part i need help with is the little body panel below the tail lights . it is only light 8 inches long and like 5 or 6 tall. what is that called and where can i get one .

I don't know the part number, it may be stamped on the back of the panel. It is hard to find from the dealer, it doesn't come up under commonly replaced panels.

There are a couple of people parting out cars right now, they may have it. Check the classifieds section. You will need to specify drivers or passenger side - they are slightly different.
