went to the local junkyard to stock back up on simple parts. and found a 2002 wrx with a STi swap and the jdm legacy gt wheels. ive got a agency power turboback exhaust,agency power light weight crankpulley, header manifold,turbo xs up pipe, ej257 block i think, vf22 turbo 3 wrx doors and the trunk.. and i got all that.. for $30 bucks. they were having a special. and i raped them..the car had been in a bad accident.. a small fire had to of takin place. there melted plastic all over the block and the crank pulley i got. this dude had serious cash to dump into this car cause everything was installed so clean. but the motor had been pushed to the driver side,the trans casing was cracked and you could see clear into the front diff.. not much was good on this car but i grabbed everything that could be cleaned up and used. :smt026 i be teh happy camper..

il check the block tomorrow to worn out to take the wire wheel to it now. i have to look for hairline cracks and ish... theres been a few wrx's in this junkyard. but none ive seen parts in. usually i find some legacys that are loaded in options. this wrx has everything form a swaped engine to a extremly nice sound system.. the fire only was in the engine bay and took out the hood. everythin else is fine.. *evil laugh*

well the junkyard i goto is run by a bunch of morons that know nothing about cars. so i get shiney things cheap..i got a full turboback for a eclipse GSX for 20 bucks and sold it for 400

thats frakin awesome, there's one 2nd gen leggy in the yard here and like 5 1st gens, the rest are pontiacs, hondas, and chevys... :smt009

the car had been in a fire. theres not much wiring left. but i can see if theres any good wireing in the car.. but the car is twisted and might be hard to take the dash out. just got back from taking everything else i wanted. rear strut bar, struts, the front brake calipers, the jdm rim, and i think im going to go back and get the brake master cylinder, does anyone know if theres a difference between my 98 gt cylinder and the wrx one?
