if i am getting a 2 1/4" custom cat back bent up and made at a shop can i use these headers? do i need to.... or should i.... do anything with the current cat on the car?

also, are these headers worth it or should i go for the borla's...?

From what ive read, those are just borla knock offs and will work. And word on the street is that knock offs are better quality wise then the borlas themselves.

thanks, any recomendations for the cat? will leaving the oem one be a bad thing?

alot of people go with the Stromung High Flow cat. Found here: http://www.boxer4racing.com .

Alot of other exhaust parts and brands are sold there also.

Its pretty expensive, so another route would be getting a universal high flow cat and having a exhaust shop weld it in.

I wouldnt say leaving the OEM cat is a 'bad' thing, but its not the best if you are going for sound and/or performance. i would suggest going the high flow cat route, whether you choose universal or a bolt in brand.

Might want to double check on those headers, but im pretty sure those are the same ones that pop up on here from time to time asking if they are the borla knock offs. Same thing from the same seller came up in the ebay section of the forum and people were all over them.
