clutch/flywheel fitment?

ok so i was going to do an entire wrx flywheel to diff swap but dont have the funds for the tranny yet so im wondering if i can use the flywheel, clutch, and short shifter for my leg gt 2.5?

for the flywheel & clutch it depends on the year, if it's a pre-06 pull style clutch then definitely not. If it's the later pull style then maybe, but I haven't had the parts side-by-side to be able to tell.

The short shifter also depends on the year, I'm using the kartboy short shifter from the legacy pre-swap with the 05 wrx transmission so I assume it would work the other way, not sure if the later years are different.

As far as I knew all wrx's were pull style and his is a push so technically no on every year.

Why oh why are you going for a wrx trans swap? 3.9 final drive on a huge heavy legacy? Just seems like a bad deal cause if you're talking 02 03 they are just as weak as your stocker.
