Haven't done to much to it. Just a Cd player and the roof racks, and also got a new filler pipe to replace the rusted one that came with it.

I still need to find some way to secure everything in the back so it doesn't slide around whenever I take a corner over 10 miles an hour. :roll:

Any of the fold-down bins should fit. I got mine 2nd hand on Craigslist for $20.

I also have a cargo tray (specific to the 1995-99 Legacy) which helps stop items sliding around too.

So I finally got around to doing something to this. Picked up some new headers off craigslist for it. I'm not sure if they are borla or knockoffs though.

next for plans are putting hella 550's in the front by the license plate possibly, getting rid of the chrome around the grille and painting black, and maybe fixing the driver side skirting if I can find a way

If it doesn't have a tear in it, try using heat (hair dryer) and bend it back into place. Don't heat it up too much. Also, have a spray bottle close by with cool water in it. After molding them back into place, spraying a little water on it helps to retain it's form.

So heat it up and push it out back in to place with? what type of tool would be useful for that?

Your hands. This is easy to do on a hot summer's day, just heat up the plastic and push it gently from the inside.

yeah, I wasn't really using common sense. for some reason I thought a hair dryer would heat up hot enough to melt the plastic a bit and burn my hands :smt021

Fixed the trim today which took maybe 5 minutes. I still need to get the tear on the underside plastic welded eventually but I'm not concerned about it.

Next project is tackling this guy. It goes underneath too so I am going to have to remove the rear bumper. For painting, I plan to remove the rust then sand it smooth and then what? Should I use primer? then probably 2 coats of duplicolor silver metallic and then some clear coat? I just want to make sure what will give me the best results without taking it to a shop to paint before I go and try it.

black or gunmetal wheels.
black stock grille
black side mirrors
black wing
tinted windows

Don't forget the trim. You know... the front lip, sideskirts and rear lip.

IMO, it would look much better done all at once.

tinted the windows the other day. 20% all the way 38% on fronts. Car is real dirty by the way.
