Im looking for a easy way to install a CB in my BE but still keeping it low profile. Is the pocket above/below the H/U in a DIN size hole?
Because if it is thats the place im going to put it. But the trim surounding the pocket is not big enough.

The radio is a Danita 3000 FM private radio.

And is there a low profile glassmounted antenna i could use that is small enough not to be visible if i mount it up against the passenger side sunvisor.

Its not really low profile, but I mounted my CB with a custom bracket on the transmission hump on the passenger side facing up towards the shifter. A little annoyance for the passenger, but I never ride there so I don't care . It may be a little different from BD to BE, I don't know. And I also have a Wilson magnetic antenna on the trunk. I wasn't really going for low profile.

I probably would have put it in the second din hole, but mine is a giant Cobra model and would in no way fit there. It looks like the model you have, it will fit. Just make a bracket for it and you'll be all set.

It is DIN sized and an optional DIN-mounting kit cost's 5$ so im going to check if i can cut out a din hole an make it as low profile as possible.
Im going for a windshield mounted antenna, installed one in a civic last week and that was easy enough.
