My sunroof decided to crap out on me on my way to work today. Motor still makes noise for the up and down movements, but not for the forward & back. I was tryin to raise it up from closed, and thats when it happened.
the right side went down(like it was tryin to go back in the car), and the left side went up. I tried closing it and the hole thing went down, and wont move. Is there any way to move it manualy? Need help soon. I don't want it to ruin my headliner if it rains, witch it is suposed to do this weekend.

duct tape for now, better than wet, that'll give you time and motivation to fix it

I know on my Jetta you can crank the sunroof closed manually if the motor fails. There's a removeable panel where the controls are and you can put an allen key into the gears to do it manually.

I wouldn't be able to help you anyways, I don't have a sunroof...
