Hello, First Time in forum.

I have an 02 Legacy GT Wagon.
I regularly carry some weight in the back (500lbs.) over
a steep switch back dirt road with deep ruts.

My main goal is to stiffen the suspension or raise the
body so that the car does not ( sometimes) bottom out.

What can you suggest that will accomplish my goal
most economically.

I am not interested in performance driving or handling
this is a work car that does not lead an exciting road life
Thx SN

You could get the Outback or SUS struts and springs. I believe that is where they get there raised height from. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Has the ob rear struts been done on a sedan? I want a little rake look.

^ I've also wondered the same thing. Most people just use spacers, or other such stuff to get rid of the rear end sag.

Yup some corresponding outback springs would probably work.. would give you a bit of lift.

You can switch to Outback struts and springs. The Outbacks have a bunch of body spacers as well but the springs/struts alone will give you some added ride height. You burying dead bodies in remote areas?

Thanks for the suggestions.
I'll explore Outback suspension parts.
Re: larger tires, I had the impression that a different diameter
tire would confuse the car's computer by changing the tire
RPM data fed to it.
Lastly, if you can keep a confidence, I bury them while their still alive.
Happy and Healthy New Year to all!

I'm not sure about confusing the computer but your MPH will be off.
