oxidation on 18" wheels

Does someone have any oxidation on genuine rims (Enkei, no?)?
Theyre are from 2004!!! :smt017
I know it happens here in France, a dealer told me Subaru change 4 wheels on a 2006 one they sell.
I'll try to make them change mine too...:

I'm waitng for my dealer's answer.
If it's negative, I'll paint them (may be in gun metal...)
