Choking and hesitation

My dad has a 2.0l 1996 Legacy (Euro)
All of the sudden it runs poorly, sounds like misfiring.
When the car gets hot it gets worse.
It didn't use to do that until now :/
Any ideas?

Try a basic tune up.
Air filter, fuel filter, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, oil change + oil filter.

It's getting spark... and I thought maybe this was a common problem.
